When does it become available?
After the creator dies, the private link can be used to request release and provide proof of death. A human at Prsrve reviews the request before anything is made available.
What will I be able to see?
Only the moments the creator intended for you. You will not see their account, their full circle, or moments intended for someone else.
Was this email really sent by Prsrve?
Prsrve emails link to prsrve.com and come from an official Prsrve address. We will never ask a recipient for payment or a password. If you are uncertain, do not use the email link; contact care@prsrve.com.
I don't want to participate
You can decline through the private invitation or contact care@prsrve.com. Prsrve does not use recipient information for marketing.
